C&J - 5 x 3 @ 50kgs (roughly 70% 1RM)
Vo2max Snatches - 20 rounds of 15:15 @ 16kgs KB
Total - 160 in 10 mins
Going to keep it quite simple for the next fortnight - 5 x 3 @ 70% alternating barbell Snatches and C&Js. Then following this up with vo2max sessions. I started another concerted effort to drop some lbs again today so I'll be playing the duration of the vo2max sessions by ear. I want to improve conditioning but making sure I'm not killing myself and my energy.
Edit: Stupid blogger won't let me comment on my own blog. Thanks Franklin, got a taste for competition, but not for leotard wearing I must say ;)
